Adblue is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) used to reduce harmful gasses being released into the atmosphere.

AdBlue is made from a mixture of high-purity urea (32.5%) and deionized water (67.5%). 

The popular myth is that AdBlue is made of animal urine, but that is not true. 

The composition is synthetically derived from ammonia and carbon dioxide.

It is completely safe for the environment.

It can be irritating to the skin of the face, eyes and lungs.

Wash your hands thoroughly after use.

If it touches your clothes or the paint of the car, you must wash it immediately with water.

It can only be produced industrially.

Diesel cars registered after 2015

Euro 6-compliant diesel Audi, BMW, Citroën, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, or Peugeot.

You can pour AdBlue by yourself.   

If stored properly it can last up to 2 years.

You should never use expired Adblue, as this will cause system performance problems.

AdBlue should never be added to the fuel but in a separate tank.
